Questions parents ask us
Does this replace my child's teacher?
No. PEPfluent is practice and visibility between lessons. Teachers keep teaching; this shows everyone where the gaps are.
Will it tell me my child is failing?
Never. Every topic is shown as Not yet practiced, Beginning, Developing, Proficient or Highly Proficient — a place on a path, not a pass or fail.
Can my child use it on a phone?
Yes. Every question type is tap-based — no dragging, no precise gestures — and works on a shared phone or tablet.
Does it matter if my child's school has signed up yet?
No. You register your child directly, whether or not your school is a PEPfluent School — there's no roster and nothing for the school to upload on your behalf. If your school later joins as a PEPfluent School, your child may become eligible for a sponsored seat, but that's separate from registering.
Will you promise my child passes the PEP?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can show you is exactly what your child has mastered and what they haven't — honestly, week to week.
