School pilot · free through 2026

See exactly where every class stands — before exam day.

PEPfluent gives your Grade 4–6 teachers class-level insight and your office a school-wide view of PEP readiness. The school pays nothing: parents pay for their own child's access, and the school endorses and distributes. Schools marked as partners give their families the reduced J$5,000/year rate.

What the school gets

A principal's view of the whole school

Grade- and class-level mastery, participation, and movement over time — the kind of evidence a board or the Ministry asks for.

Teacher dashboards with no marking

Every question is scored automatically. Teachers see weak topics by class and by student, and filter to who needs help with what.

A code, not paperwork

Parents sign up their own child directly — there's no roster for your office to fill in. Every parent who registers using your school's PEPfluent code gets the discounted partner rate: J$5,000/year instead of J$8,000.

A route for families who can't pay

You can generate sponsor links for a class, a grade, or the whole school — aggregate numbers only, never a named child's data.

What we ask of the school

  1. One named contact in the office — usually the principal or a Grade 6 coordinator.
  2. The number of students in Grades 4, 5, and 6, so we can set up your school.
  3. Share PEPfluent with parents on the channel you already use, like WhatsApp. We write the message and supply everything you need to send it.

No roster to hand over, no budget line, no procurement, no contract for services the school is billed for. Families register directly. Teachers and principals get free access.

Week 5+
First school-wide readiness picture, reviewed with you.

We're onboarding schools into the free pilot through 2026, ahead of the March 2027 PEP sitting. We publish no score-improvement claims until we have measured them in real schools.

What we actually measure

Three layers of fluency.

Your teachers already know the difference between a child who can recite and a child who can apply. PEPfluent scores all three layers separately, so a class report says which layer is missing — not just that the class is weak.

Knowledge fluency

The student knows the concept — not one memorised answer to one version of a question.

Application fluency

They can apply it inside an unfamiliar, PEP-styled question — not only a textbook one.

Confidence fluency

They can do both under time pressure, without panic, because the format is familiar.

This is what sits behind every level on a teacher or principal dashboard: Beginning, Developing, Proficient, Highly Proficient.

We'll reply within two working days with next steps and your school's PEPfluent code to share with parents. Nothing is committed by sending this.
